Service Desk Analyst specialist needed for our Winnipeg Based client. Skills required: • 1year experience in a customer service-focused/Insurance industry role. • Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing Service Desk function. • Good knowledge of telephony system • Good customer service skills by providing friendly, cheerful service • Good attention to details, identifying and addressing issues shared by Brokers and staff • Ability to express ideas clearly, communicates at the appropriate level for the end user • Good organization skills by prioritizing and re prioritizing tasks appropriately • Ability to work in collaboration with other team members, sharing knowledge and know how • Experience with ITSM tracking tool is considered an asset • Basic knowledge of Insurance/Brokerage terminologies is considered an asset • Basic understanding of ITIL Processes, tools and related activities is considered an asset.To apply:
