You are a fit for this position if you have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience working directly with customers handling and processing claims or accounts and can tackle numerous detailed tasks with professionalism and self-confidence. Experience within the airlines or travel industry is a bonus! What you will do: Prioritize client inquiries and address concerns in a sensitive and solution-oriented manner Liaise and follow up with airlines, clients, manufacturers and vendors to resolve claims in a timely manner Research appropriate suppliers and technical resources and negotiate with vendors to provide clients with options and solutions to meet their needs Record detailed notes, prepare work orders, manage quotes and invoices and follow-up on each stage of the claim process Work regularly scheduled shifts that may occur in rotation on evenings or weekends Skills we are looking for: · Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently within a team environment Exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills.
