Job Description

CBAOS, a national digital marketing company, is seeking digital marketing sales representatives to become part of our inside Business to Business (B2B) sales team. We are looking for tenacious, self-starters to help us expand our presence Nationwide. Inbound leads and scheduled phone appointments are provided to help you hit your goals.

We would like to talk to you if you have a proven track record of selling digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, and PPC/SEM, or video) We are looking for APEX Predators… self-starters that are not afraid of the phone and capable and producing some of their own leads through outbound dialing, networking, and existing relationships.

Bring in 5 customers within two weeks and we will provide you prospective (200) leads which will generate you at least $50,000 (Easy deals)

Expectations:

• Ability to prospect, present, and close new digital marketing accounts

• Achieve or exceed your monthly new business revenue quota

• Customize and present digital marketing solutions

• Make 40-60 contacts per day

• Log all calls in Salesforce

• Work closely with our Account Managers to onboard new clients

• Communicate well with the team

• Connect with prospects via LinkedIn

• Face-to-face meetings with potential clients

• Any other duties assigned

• Close the sale Required Skills/Characteristics

• B-2-B Telephone Sales Skills

• 1+ year experience in selling Digital Marketing Services (SEO, PPC, SM, etc)

• Cold Calling Guru

• Self-Starter, Problem Solver

• High need for achievement; Loves to compete and win

• Enthusiastic, optimistic, and relentless; Unfazed by rejection

• Sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota, goal-driven environment

• Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with prospects

• C-level communication skills

• Strong business acumen

• Listens patiently, consultative; Will probe and clarify to get a real sense of customer's needs

• Goes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success

• Minimal Travel expectations
