Part-time (0.60 EFT) Term until December 31, 2016 Days, occasional evenings, and weekends including holidays may be required The Opportunity Reporting to the Manager, Budget and Grants, the Treasury Assistant will play an important role in the financial services team by assisting the department with the verification, preparation and processing of data related to the cash office and revenue stream departments. Role Specific Responsibilities Transports payments received from customers at various locations within the park Transfers money from various departments locations to the Cash office in the finance area Coordinates with Security to ensure the safe delivery of cash from donation boxes within the Park Reconciles cheque stubs and chase slips for payments received in EventPro Inputs and files weekly sales reports for all revenue departments Provides administrative support for the finance team If you are interested in this opportunity, please APPLY below including your résumé and cover letter by July 22, 2016.
