As a Manager you will:
Manage a team that provides superior consultative tax advice to help our clients achieve tax savings
Review tax provisions and prepare complex provisions
Identify and develop new opportunities for additional tax services
Organize and execute client engagement while acting as a trusted business advisor
Develop your expertise in a specialization
Participate in the development and delivery of training programs
Mentor and coach junior practitioners to their highest potential
External Posting Qualifications
Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials
A completed masters degree in Tax or an accounting designation or LLB
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Close to completion of Part 2 of the CICA In-depth program
Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities
Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership
Canadian travel required, occasional international travel. Candidates must be able to enter the USA to work on client assignments
