Role Description As a member of the Human Capital Consulting practice you will work with a dedicated and quickly growing team of Consultants, Managers, Senior Managers and Partners to solve our client's complex people issues. You will play a key role in the delivery of consulting services to the business community, including our clients in the private, public and higher education sectors. Our focus is on helping our clients transform their organizations though developing and implementing practical solutions in the areas of organization development and change management, HR transformation, talent and workforce management, learning and development and total rewards. We don't just focus on HR, we focus on business issues. As a Manager in our Human Capital Consulting practice you will deliver projects related but not limited to: Strategic change management and implementation HR transformation including HR strategy, service delivery, process, technology, and outsourcing Talent and workforce management Learning and development program design and delivery Mergers and integrations Total rewards and performance management Leadership Development Your role as a manager at Deloitte: Embrace and live the firm's purpose - to make an impact that matters - by pushing yourself and your team to identify solutions to challenges that are most important for our clients, people, and society Develop high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities Deliver exceptional client service by maximizing results and driving high performance from people, while also fostering collaboration across businesses and borders Influence clients, teams and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships Understand key objectives for clients and Deloitte, and align people to them to set appropriate priorities and direction Qualifications Ideal candidates demonstrate a solid track record in the growing world of human capital and have the following skills and qualifications: Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials Post graduate degree and/or a professional designation is an asset Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience Previous professional services experience Strong experience in various Human Capital service offerings Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence Superior verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations, project profitability and team leadership Experienced in business development and building a practice Ability to anticipate the long term impact of all decisions and take a broad approach to problem solving Canadian travel required, occasional international travel.
