Cargill’s Agricultural Supply Chain – North America (CASC NA) connects agricultural producers to food, feed and bio-fuel customers through a seamless supply chain. Reporting to the Customer Service Center (CSC) Leader, you are accountable for supporting the Farm Service Groups in the Regions and our farm customers in the accurate and timely processing of documents and transactions. The primary focus is providing superior service to ensure customer satisfaction by correctly handling the execution of contract administration. You will ensure support provided is in accordance with the established standards and guidelines and focus on the experience of their farm customer.
75% - Process business transactions timely and accurately. This position is accountable to ensure financial records are current, inventory is up to date and customer accounts are accurate. They are required to understand the nature of the transactions processed and the impact of transactions on to our retail customers.
10%- Working directly with our customers to coordinate successful execution of the contracts, including gather and recording payment instructions.
10% - Providing additional support in financial processing and controls, including record information management
5% - Additional administrative support duties as required.
