The primary focus of this role is to create new business by prospecting, cold calling, qualifying and generating new sales. The representative will operate as the initial contact person, and must therefore be able to present the company with excellent phone etiquette and positive attitude. The ideal candidate has a dynamic personality with the drive to reach decision makers. We are results driven company looking for results driven people. Paid training is provided. Responsibilities: Prospect and develop new business/sales opportunities with new customers and new referral sources utilizing the telephone, introducing our service to the appropriate decision makers within our target market. • Follow up on leads and identify potential customers. • Identify needs of the customer that will fit within our offerings (we assist with most leads). • Work with the President to schedule appointments and grow the Sales pipeline to meet company goals. • Call / Email customers • Enter all customer information and notes into our CRM in a timely manner.
