Fenwick and Company is an interior design firm specializing in many facets of professional Interior Design including but not limited to residential renovations, new home design, show home design including plan/ elevation details and commercial projects. Our firm currently requires an exceptional individual to fill the position of OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR Job skills must include: Excellent oral and written communication skills, must be detail oriented and work with a high degree of accuracy, highly organized and flexible, ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines, maintain staff confidentiality. The successful candidate must be proficient in QuickBooks Accounting software, have working knowledge of email, scheduling, Word, Excel spreadsheets and presentation software. Responsibilities will include: Initial client contact by telephone, and establishing customer satisfaction, Clerical duties, bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, payroll, and provide assistance to owner and designers on staff. Proficient skills in Autocad and Interior design experience an asset. Must be a self-directed and able to work with minimum supervision in a team environment.
