Assist with general property management administration, such as accounts receivables, rent collection and follow-up, lease administration and lease summary reports etc.
Responsible for coordination and scheduling of various trades
General administrative correspondence, mail merges, spreadsheets, etc.
Assist with preparation of documents where required.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate or Property Management is an asset
Excellent communication; both written and verbal
Superior Customer Service skills and tenant relations
Strong attention to detail
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration is an asset
Proficient in MS Office suite
Ability to multi-task while meeting multiple deadlines and competing priorities
