Accountabilities: Assist with general property management administration, such as accounts receivables, rent collection and follow-up, lease administration and lease summary reports etc. Responsible for coordination and scheduling of various trades General administrative correspondence, mail merges, spreadsheets, etc. Assist with preparation of documents where required.
