Talentcor Winnipeg is recruiting for Administrative/Reception Support. This role is a temporary position.
Answer and direct telephone calls with impeccable etiquette
Schedule client appointments and provide excellent customer service
General administrative duties (filing, data entry, sorting mail, maintain databases)
Coordinate meetings and work schedules using online system
Prepare letters, memos and other correspondence
Provide administrative support to the team as required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
2-3 years of experience in an administrative setting
Strong organizational skills are a must
Exceptional attention to detail required
Ability to creatively problem solve
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is highly required
High school completion required
University or college preferred
