In this role, you will
Identify and pursue new business and account growth opportunities in corporate, government and retail accounts
Participate in setting strategies and lead on implementing tactical plans to attain business growth and deliver exceptional customer care
Building, nurturing and maintaining constructive relationships with White Label channel partners and collaborating to maximize business growth and profitability
Identifying and pursuing opportunities for account growth and new business with White Label channel partners and corporate accounts, in conjunction with the Director, Sales
Selling corporate, government and retail groups on the benefits of pet health insurance for their businesses to establish pet health insurance as a piece of their employee benefits programs
Driving awareness of pet health insurance, through training and education of veterinary staff and attendance at key trade and industry shows
Building constructive working relationships with prospects and clients to facilitate new business development and promote retention
Supporting the contract development, maintenance and renewal processes
Reviewing results with stakeholders and providing guidance and assistance in growing the profitability
Overseeing the contract and contract renewals for new and existing channel partners
Delivering monthly reports to channel partners, reviewing change orders and invoices and leading distribution on scheduled compensation
Participating in quarterly planning sessions with Marketing & Sales teams
Producing reports, analysis and recommendations on all account activity, including sales and cancellations on a weekly and monthly basis
Your Skills and Experience
University degree in any discipline, or College diploma in a relevant discipline
Valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable to the company
